6-Week Mind-Body Medicine Yoga Psychology Course

The American Meditation Institute's online distance learning program will present a six-week Mind-Body Yoga Psychology course for physicians, healthcare professionals and the general public under the direction of Leonard Perlmutter February 21 through March 28, 2011 in Averill Park, New York.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and TIME magazine, 53 to 75 percent of all illness can be avoided or delayed by lifestyle choice. This mind-body medicine course on the perennial psychology of the Bhagavad Gita is intended to deepen a person's understanding of how to access intuitive quantum wisdom in order to make conscious, discriminating choices that enhance the immune system and one's overall health and well being.
