Open Heart, Quiet Mind Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Michelle McComb will lead the Open Heart, Quiet Mind Yoga & Meditation Retreat scheduled to commence on Thursday, July 28, until Sunday, July 31 at the Aryaloka Buddhist Center in Newmarket, New Hampshire.
The retreat engages its participants to embrace their authentic self in a supportive and transformational environment through the practice of Kripalu yoga, the Metta Bhavana (development of loving-kindness) meditation and periods of social silence. The retreat aims to deeply connect with one's body, mind, and spirit in a compassionate and loving way.
The retreat welcomes all levels of experience.
Michelle McComb is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years and teaching the Kripalu approach since 2001. She is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with special interest and training in body-centered approaches.
