Usually we don't have much of the toleration for super-heartwarming messages (I cite the dash of cynicism churned in with benevolence as well as light), though we enjoyed the final mindfulness theme.

Hey, this is the bit corny as well as I'm indeterminate about the class/kid origin, though nonetheless points to the churchless approach of appreciating ourselves as well as life. Happy New Year.

Dorset Retreat with Dr. Naranjo

The first retreat led by Dr. Naranjo will take place in the lovely Gaunts House, an ideal and well-known venue for spiritual and therapeutic retreats, far (but not too far) from the madding crowd.
